Project Design (Small- to Mid-Size Organizations)

Estimate
Once you have reached out to 1809 Design, I’ll be in touch to learn more about the project, your expectations and timeline. From there, I’ll send you a custom estimate for your particular project. For new clients or large projects, a standard 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance invoiced and paid at the completion of the project. Once payment is received, the project can begin. If this payment plan doesn’t work for you, we can discuss other options.

Concepts/Initial Layout
I’ll work on creating concepts and/or designing the initial layouts that fit with what we discussed in the estimate phase.

Refinement
After you have reviewed the first proof/s and made some decisions, it is time for us to discuss revisions and make any changes. We’ll repeat this process a few more times, as needed, until it is just right.

Finish Line
Once artwork is approved, I’ll create the final artwork files and deliver them to you or the necessary vendor. I typically send the final invoices at the end of the month.
